OTOC Australia history
A history of reliable delivery in Australia’s most challenging environments
Founded in Perth in 2008, OTOC Australia has a long track record of servicing the mining and resources industry. Successful in the early years, OTOC Australia listed on the ASX via parent company OTOC Limited (now Veris).
The resources crash of mid 2010’s saw a change in strategy by Veris, investing heavily in the expansion of the survey business while withdrawing from the construction market.
Seeing an opportunity, OTOC Australia was purchased by Mark Bertoli in 2019, recommencing trading as a privately owned business. Starting back a ‘square one’, OTOC Australia has grown quickly, reestablishing its reputation as a safe, reliable and cost effective NPI contractor.
Today, OTOC Australia is household name in the construction of mining camps/villages, and other mine site NPI facilities, cementing our position as a ‘Contractor of choice’ with a client list including many of Australia’s largest and most well known mining and resources companies.
