Scope of work
The scope of work includes the design and installation of:
- Architectural works to ceilings, walls, insulation, doorways, painting and flooring (carpet and tiling) for office spaces, crib facilities, toilets and showers.
- Structural modifications, repairs & upgrades.
- A suitable HVAC system to all offices, toilets and crib rooms.
- All electrical and communications, liaising with the Iluka electrical and IT Infrastructure engineers.
- All services and utilities connections and tie ins, including :
- Fibre Backbone.
- Electrical works including all fittings and outlets.
- Communications works including data and display monitors.
- Fire Equipment (extinguishers, blankets, smoke alarms etc
- Hydraulic works including:
- Waste Water, Septic and Leach Drains.
- Hot & Cold Water Services.
- Value engineering & cost effectiveness;
- Compliance with the BCA, Australian Standards, OSH legislation and all other relevant codes, standards, and by-laws.
- A new Overhead Travelling Crane to the Central Facilities Workshop
- Resheeting the Central Facilities Workshop Building
