Scope of work
To facilitate the growing mining operations and the increased maintenance required on the current fleet, MSA is going through an Overall MSA Workshop Expansion. As part of this expansion, the existing Smart Mining Office building currently situated on the South-West of the main MSA Administration office is required to be relocated to allow traffic thoroughfare and open up space for construction works.
This Scope of Work includes works required to provide a turnkey office to the main stakeholders, being the occupants. The works include:
- Design & construction of detailed earthworks
- Supply and installation of electrical and comms cabling
- Installation of Concrete pathways to/from building and ramps to entrance
- Install cyclone tie downs
- Location and protection of existing services
- Installation of in-ground and above-ground services
- Supply and install 9 module building inclusive of a storeroom
- Tie in services to existing services
- Fit out office with required furniture, repainting and aircon upgrade;
- Upgrade bus parking and workshop ‘Go Line/Dead bay’
- Dismantle and storage of existing offices
