Scope of work
The scope of work includes the installation of buildings, infrastructure, services and support facilities to provide a fully functioning and operable accommodation village with a capacity of 272 persons, plus a 100 room temporary construction camp.
The Accommodation Village consists of self-contained accommodation units, central meals and social amenities area, recreational and grassed areas, central administration complex and support infrastructure (power water and services etc), delivered in four phases:
- Phase 1: Installation of the 100 room temporary construction camp
- Phase 2: Installation of 72 rooms in the permanent village
- Phase 3: Expansion of the village capacity to 124 rooms
- Phase 4: Expansion of the village capacity to 172 rooms
