Scope of work
The construction of a stand-alone 400 Room Accommodation Village for Roy Hill Mining Operations at Roy Hill Station.
The camp was constructed in multiple stages including:
- Stage 1 – The installation of 240 rooms, including all critical infrastructure including services, communications (including WIFI) and village entertainment system, dry and wet mess and parking for 50 light vehicles, including bus access and pick up / drop off points
- Stage 2 – Gym, basketball / tennis court, pool, gardens and additional vehicle parking
- Stage 3 – The install additional 160 rooms, including all communications, WIFI and entertainment
- Stage 4 – Landscaping, beautification and miscellaneous works to completion.
