Scope of work
The primary objective of the proposed changes is to enhance the execution of the permit issuance and tracking function onsite through the introduction of several upgrades:
- Modification of the current building including removal of walls, installation of additional service desks, upgrading the service bench with more data points, and adding more desks in the office section.
- Installation of three new fully insulated and prewired shipping container offices. These offices will be equipped with power, data, and air conditioning facilities and will be installed adjacent to the existing infrastructure for seamless connectivity.
The new and upgraded permit offices are intended to support the pending implementation of INTELLI permit, a system that requires fixed services such as internet, power, e-signature, and printing of permits and tags.
The office's infrastructure will, therefore, need to be robust enough to accommodate these requirements, and the proposed upgrades will ensure that all necessary facilities are in place.
