Scope of work
The scope of this project package is to extend the capacity of the Mine Permanent Village (MPV) by 240 beds complete with carparking, standalone central facilities and services. This will be delivered in two stages as shown below.
The scope of works consists of the detailed design, installation and commissioning of the required buildings and services to establish the following:
Initial scope of in ground services caters for 240 rooms & central facilities (Stages 1,2 &3), reticulation of all in ground services will be designed for an additional future 160 rooms (Stage 4) to give capacity for a total of 400 rooms, and includes:
