Scope of work
- Develop an audit report highlighting the gap analysis between the present condition of the facilities at each location compared to industry standards and industry best practice for employee facilities, including a list of recommendations for each site, identifying key improvements and upgrades requirements at each location.
- Develop a presentation where the audit report recommendations are ‘framed’ (with assistance from Alcoa) into ‘options’ for further evaluation and short listing.
- Develop a Level 2 schedule & Class 4 cost estimate to support business decision making.
- Develop (with Alcoa) a facilities and amenities standard specification outlining the improvement and building compliance requirements to align with the National Construction Codes, relevant state regulations and any Alcoa specific requirements
- Identify improved maintenance strategies to sustain the benefits derived from any facility improvements and upgrades implemented by this program.
- Develop an Implementation Scope of Work to address all recommendations per site/location.
