Scope of work
The design and installation of 52 accommodation rooms and 1 Laundry at Banksia Village, Eneabba, including:
- Detailed design layout for building installation
- Earthworks including building envelope, services trenching, retaining walls, area drainage and pathways
- All electrical works, including area lighting, communications and village entertainment system
- Hydraulic works including sewer pump pits and sewer piping
- A new hardstand area to park up to 24 light vehicles.
