Scope of work
Scope of Work: The scope of work includes the installation (and supply of non-principal supplied items) of :
- 40 off accommodation buildings, and 2 Laundry Buildings including veranda structures
- 19.9kl/day wastewater treatment plant with associated piping and spray field and 200kL of additional blackwater storage
- 200kL of freshwater storage with required functional agitation, piping, pumping and control hardware OR a functional 40kL per day Reverse Osmosis plant with suitable surge storage and required functional piping, pumping and control hardware. Choice between these is to be at client’s discretion after quotes and timing provided by contractor.
- All electrical works to provide power to all installed buildings from the vendor-supplied distribution board
- All piping and pumping required to provide fresh water to the rooms
- All sewer piping to remove sewerage from the rooms to the wastewater treatment plant
- Wireless internet infrastructure compatible with Roy Hill specifications
- Installation of “Swift” entertainment connectivity
- Parking for 40 Light Vehicles
