Scope of work
A new 300 room accommodation village, incorporating an allowance for the future expansion. The scope includes the design, manufacture, supply, installation and construction of the permanent buildings and facilities and the design and construction of the accommodation village infrastructure, including:
- Civil works, earthworks (bulk and detailed) site drainage, roads, car parking, loading areas and bus drop off and pickup
- Footpaths, landscaping, perimeter fencing and gates. Water services including potable and waste water. Gas storage and reticulation
- Village security system including CCTV, access card system for rooms and other village facilities
- Electrical services, power distribution, lighting and communication services
Buildings include: single person accommodation units, single person disabled accommodation units, administration office and security, first aid facility, induction and meeting rooms, contemplation room, wet mess, dining room and toilets, kitchen, food preparation and food storage, bulk linen and cleaners bulk store, communication/IT room and store, maintenance compound, toilet, shower and changeroom blocks, laundries, locker/storage facility, ice room, recreation building, gymnasium, multi-sports court and outdoor/communal recreation spaces and shelters.
